We have built over 200 homes on the Coromandel Pennisula and are experienced in building for the special requirements of our coastal and farming communities, including Whangamata, Whiritoa, Athenree, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Pauanui, Matarangi and the Waterways Developments in Whitianga.
Kevin Evans
Managing Director of Evans Group Ltd, Kevin begun his career as a builder over 50 years ago. In this time he has gained an extensive knowledge of the environmental needs of the area. Previously a franchise owner of Initial Homes – Lockwood Homes, Kevin is also the five-time recipient of the top Initial franchise for New Zealand. Kevin is committed to ensuring the building process is a stress-free experience.
Kevin also served his community by being a volunteer for the Whitianga Fire Brigade and was honoured with a Gold Star for his 25 year service.
